Anat Cohavi - Bass Clarinet & Soprano Saxophone, Composer/Performer

Born 1979, Israel. Lives in Berlin since 2006. Experimentalist, works in the field of improvised, free jazz, electro-acoustic and contemporary music, film music productions and contemporary dance projects. Latest projects include Coal Oven (w/Dave Bennett, Derek Shirley); Sternschuss (w/Klaus Janek, Sebastian Hilken); Momentum (w/Michael Thieke, Clayton Thomas, Christian Marien); Sopranos Duo (w/Frank Paul Schubert); Sicilian Dragon (w/Hannes Lingens, Roy Carroll)
Anat holds B.A . in music education and performing arts from the Rubin Academy of Music, Israel.
Master studies in composition at University of North Texas, USA. Classical Indian music studies, North India.
